KALAMAZOO MI (WKZO AM/FM) – After 30 years of service to those who needed mental health and substance abuse services, InterAct of Michigan is transitioning its programs over to Integrated Services of Kalamazoo.
ISK, formally known as Kalamazoo County Community Mental Health Services, will formally take over the programs on October 1st of this year.
InterAct, before becoming a stand-alone non-profit in 1991, was a division of ISK.
InterAct officials say that the time is right to make the transition, to insure that its clients are taken care of.
InterAct employees will have the opportunity to apply for new positions at ISK and at Program 180.
