CHICAGO IL (WKZO AM/FM) – The 38 year old son of two prominent Kalamazoo citizens has been indicted on charges that he secretly videotaped his family’s nanny and her friend.
Michael Johnston, the son of William Johnston and Ronda Stryker, is accused of two charges of unauthorized videotaping.
Unauthorized videotaping is a class four felony in Illinois, which is punishable by one to three years in prison.
Johnston’s former nanny said that she discovered several cameras around the house in suburban Chicago.
Johnston’s wife is not charged with any crime in the case.
Johnston is set to be arraigned in Cook County District Court on December 17th.
