SILVER CREEK TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says they have arrested a suspect for a deadly hit-and-run crash May 24th in Silver Creek Township.
24-year-old Timothy Johnson of Benton Harbor was hit and killed when he was walking along M-52 near Pleasant Street.
The suspect’s name is being withheld until they are arraigned.
The sheriff’s office says deputies have “spent countless hours investigating this incident to try and bring closure to Timothy Johnson’s family and friends.”
