KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The city of Kalamazoo has lifted its boil water advisory.
It had been in effect since Saturday for nearly all of the city along with parts of Comstock Township after E. coli bacteria was found in water samples.
Every water sample taken since then has been clear of E. coli, and the advisory was lifted Monday morning.
City officials say the water is safe to drink, and use for all other purposes.
