HOWELL, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Vice President JD Vance spent part of Tuesday in Howell campaigning for Republicans running for office.
Vance spoke highly of GOP U.S. Senate nominee Mike Rogers, saying he would be “a servant to the people of Michigan” and not the Trump administration.
The comments came the same day a Detroit News/WDIV-TV poll shows 59% of Michiganders don’t approve of President Trump’s job performance.
Vance said, “Michigan is the most important election in the United States of America” and says Rogers, John James and Congressman Tom Barrett are facing “far-left Democrats who call for destroying the American way of life and the nuclear family.”
